Golf Gift Certificate Restrictions

• Gift certificates can be purchased by anyone around the World however, all products purchased with the gift certificate must be delivered to the country noted on the correpsonding product page. Most of our products are available for shipment to Canada and the Contiguous U.S.A. A few are available for shipment to Contiguous U.S.A. addresses only.
• Gift certificates are issued in the currency the person who gave the gift certificate chose. Purchases must be made in the currency the gift certificate was issued in.

Limitations

• Gift certificates can not be used to buy another gift certificate. i.e. The receiver of the gift certificate must buy product on the site.

Terms and Conditions

• Taxes, Customs and Duty Fees

  Local taxes (not shown on your invoice), customs and duty fees are not included. These are the responsibility of the purchaser/recipient at time of delivery.

• Product is Shipped From:

  Purchased products are shipped from the U.S.A. or Canada. Check the product specific pages for more information.

• Product Can be Shipped To:

  Products on this site can be shipped to Canada and the Contiguous U.S.A. Some can only be shipped to Contiguous U.S.A. Check the product specific pages.

• Normal Shipping Time:

  These gift certificates are personalized with each order. Allow one business day to process.

Expiry Date

• Gift certificates issued in USD have an expiry date of five years from date of purchase.
• Gift certificates issued in Canadian funds do not expire unless the giver specifically requested it be used for a specific purchase. e.g. a set of headcovers

Replacement Certificates

• Money left on a USD gift certificate expires seven years from date of original purchase.
• In either currency, the receiver will need the certificate number to request a replacement. The person who gave the gift certificate will have this.

Redemption of Gift Certificate

• When the gift certificate was issued instructions on how to use the card were included.
• The certificate number is entered into the coupon box in the checkout process.
• If the receiver spends more than the value of the gift certificate, they are responsible for the balance owing. Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal in the checkout process.
• If the full value of the gift certificate is not used the balance will be kept on record.
