Payment & Pricing Policies

Pricing

Pricing is offered in USD and Cnd dollars (where the item can be shipped to Canada). You are asked when you add an item to your cart which currency you wish to use. This will be the currency used for all your purchases in this session. The cart will no accept mixed currencies.

We only accept Canadian and US funds.

Payment Methods

All payments are processed via PayPal.

Note: You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a credit card purchase.

When you are taken to PayPal the default is to have you use a PayPal account. There is a box under the PayPal account option. Click the link to see the credit card option.

We do not keep or have access to your credit card information. All this information is encrypted at PayPal, not on our servers, for your protection.

Product Availability

Product availability is subject to the time between when you placed the order and when your order is filled by the supplier. We will contact you if the product becomes unavailable within this time to arrange an alternate product or refund.

Processing of Orders

Orders are processed the same day by 3 p.m. Pacific time. Orders placed on weekends and on Canadian holidays will be processed the next business by 3 p.m. Pacific time.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before the 3 p.m. Pacific time deadline your funds will be refunded, less the processor's fees.

After the 3 p.m. Pacific time deadline we will contact our supplier to check the status of your order. If it

  • has been shipped already, the order can not be cancelled.
  • is a personalized or custom item this will be subject to the supplier's cancellation policy and how far along they are in producing your custom item. We will contact you with the information upon confirmation with the supplier.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us before returning items.

All returned and exhanged items must be in their original packaging and unused.

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged (see below).

If you received a damaged item (personalized or not) you have 14 days from date of shipment to notify us to arrange a replacement.

International Shipping

Most of our suppliers are in the U.S.A. On the page where you added the item to the shopping cart it states where the product is shipped from. Currently our products are only shipped to Canada and the Continental U.S.A. Some are only shipped to U.S. addresses. Please double check the item is available for shipment to your country before ordering.

All customs, duty and applicable taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser. They are not included in the price of the item. Golf with Flair does not accept responsibility for these charges.

Note: International shipments may be opened by the Customs officers. Damage to the product by the Customs department is between you and the applicable customs office.

We will not ship to freight forwarding business addresses.
